Our Terms of Sale are simple and straightforward. But we try to be flexible, willing to work with churches to accommodate their specific needs. Please tell us how we can help you using the Contact page, or email us with requests for variations from our standard Terms of Sale listed below.
Cost Plus Pricing
Prices include cost of materials and labor plus 10% for overhead expenses, and 20% profit to sustain our business. Crating and shipping costs are based on reimbursing our average costs for crating and shipping and do not include overhead or profit. Our focus is on helping churches to glorify God rather than on our making high profits. Therefore, our prices are based on the “actual cost” in crafting and providing churches with flowing water baptismals. Our goal is to provide churches with a high quality product for the lowest possible price. If you do a search on “flowing water baptismal fonts” you will find our prices are the lowest and the best value available.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically added to product pricing. To exclude sales tax churches need to provide evidence of tax-exempt status prior to delivery, or shipment of product. Texas churches can download, complete, and return the Texas Tax Exempt form below.
Churches located outside of Texas need to provide an equivalent form for their respective state. Terms of Sale require sales taxes be paid prior to shipment, if a tax exempt form is not provided.
Payment
Baptismals may be purchases by check, or credit card. If you select “payment by check” option at checkout, we will email you an invoice (usually witin 48 hours). We understand that church’s need an invoice in order to process a payment, and write a check. Because of our cost plus pricing, we must add a 2% surcharge to all credit card transactions to help offset our costs.

As soon as we receive payment, work will begin on your baptismal. You can request exceptions to our regular Terms of Sale, including special payment arrangements, or expedited shipping service using the Contact page.
Shipping & Delivery
Each baptismal is a custom build, and will include only the options you have selected, normally taking about 30 days to complete. You can pick up your baptismal for free, or we can deliver it for free within a 100 mile radius of our shop.
Flat rate shipping is avilable for $520 in Texas, and for $720 anywhere else in the continintal United States. Shipping charge includes $220 cost of crating. Shipment may be via UPS Ground if total weight is less than 150 pounds, or motor freight if over 150 pounds, whichever is less. We ship baptismals in a wood crate with a total weigh (baptismal and crate) usually less than 220 pounds. Crated baptismal can be handled with a two-wheel dolly. We provide lift-gate truck delivery, and all shipments are insured for full value.
Warranty
Living Waters Baptismal is guaranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment or delivery. Warranty is limited, and does not cover damage resulting from neglect, or operating the baptismal without water. Because of high shipping cost, baptismal will not normally be returned for repairs. Warranty covers the provision and shipping of new parts, and a reasonable labor allowance for their replacement. All mechanical and electrical components are plug-in and designed for easy replacement.
